Located in Beirut’s French Quarter, this concept store was looking for a visual identity that reflects its roots in local culture and the reliance on seasonal organic ingredients it uses to produce its dishes, drinks, and products — combining artisan craftsmanship with local botanical knowledge. The concept store, which combines a bar, restaurant, café, and shop in one space, aims to facilitate authentic culinary experiences and intercultural exchange between people while respecting local traditions and seasonal botanical conditions.

Change with the seasons
In order to link the brand identity directly to the ever-changing environmental conditions, I developed an adaptable icon system that reflects the availability of botanical ingredients and can incorporate corresponding natural phenomena such as weather conditions or moon phases. The icons were based on simple hand-drawn sketches, allowing new versions to be created with ease while maintaining a consistently recognizable corporate look.
